As a native and resident of Greenville, Ruby was the first Minority and Women Owned Business owner to launch a multi-million dollar revenue generating temporary staffing and placement agency. In 1993 she was recognized by the Greenville Minority Small Business Development Center as the Small Business Owner of the Year. Chairman of OST Advisory Committee at Greenville Technical College in 1998, Board of Directors of the Urban League of the Upstate (1993 – 2000), Chairman of the Upstate Council of Carolinas Minority Supplier Development Councils (1993-1995).
Melanie, a native of Greenville, brings over 12 years of executive and leadership experience across the healthcare and philanthropic sectors. She is a visionary healthcare and philanthropic executive with demonstrated progressive growth, achievements, and leadership in operations, business solutions, strategic planning, workforce and talent development, advanced analytics, business development, and social enterprise investments. Melanie is an active community leader, having held many volunteer board positions.
